Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance notice will receive a full refund less a 6% processing fee. Cancellations made from 7 to 30 days out will receive a 75% refund. Bookings or trips scheduled within 7 days are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full price. Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. All Charters may alter pre-determined fishing location(s), switch to back-up date(s) or cancel in lieu of inclement weather to ensure client safety.
